Wisconsin Drapery Supply, Inc. has been serving the needs of the window fashion professional for over thirty-five years. Established as a supplier to drapery workrooms, WDS has evolved into a full service distributor/fabricator, becoming a major distributor of Graber and Kirsch drapery hardware and a full-line,Preferred Fabricator of Graber custom products. In addition, WDS carries a complete line of Conso trim and other related products such as RocLon lining and unique decorative hardware.
The company serves most of the upper Midwest from its home office and production facility in Pewaukee, WI (located just outside of Milwaukee). We have five field service representatives who work with our customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and most of North and South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. They are trained professionals who are available to present our programs and help window fashion professionals with solutions to their window covering problems.
Our customer service group is staffed by the finest group of customer service representatives in the industry. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM to answer your phone inquiries, take your order, or work with you in our local showrooms.
WDS feels that taking care of your customer is of paramount importance in our maintaining a good relationship with you, our customer. All warranty repairs that can be processed internally by Wisconsin Drapery Supply are targeted for shipment back to the customer two days after arrival. Even normal repair work is scheduled for return to the customer no later than five days after receipt by WDS (again, provided that it can be repaired internally).
